   • Easdeal holds its vendors unequivocally accountable for the quality and condition of the products listed on their respective stores. Any defect discovered in a product is deemed the sole responsibility of the vendor.
   • Vendors are obligated to assume full liability for defective merchandise and must bear all associated risks, including refunds, replacements, or repairs necessitated by product deficiencies.
4. Exclusions from the Return Policy
   • Instances of accidental breakage, improper installation, or damage caused by the customer are explicitly excluded from the scope of this policy.
   • Items exhibiting signs of wear and tear or any issue arising post-delivery due to improper maintenance or usage by the customer shall not qualify for returns or refunds.

   • Our specialized support team is available to facilitate prompt resolutions for legitimate grievances. However, customers are urged to handle products with care and follow all provided guidelines to mitigate avoidable disputes.
