Easdeal Item Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

   • You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.

   • Any return requests submitted after 10 days will not be accepted.

2. Return Process and Fees

   • For returns initiated within the 10-day period for any reason other than a serious product issue, a fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted.

   • Upon return, you will receive a FULL REFUND of the purchase price, minus the 20% fee, unless the return is due to a malfunction (in which case, the fee is waived).

   • The product must be returned as part of this process.

   • Before finalizing your purchase, you will receive live photos of the product.

   • If you are not satisfied with the product after reviewing these photos, you can request a FULL REFUND.

   • Please note, this FULL REFUND option does not apply if the product has already left the warehouse.

   • If the product is not functioning properly (excluding damage due to mishandling), you are eligible for a FULL REFUND or repair as per the warranty applied on the product.

   • The vendor is responsible for managing all returns related to products.

   • All vendors on Easdeal must ensure the quality and condition of their products.

   • Any product defects must be resolved by the vendor through a FULL REFUND or repair.
