Return Process and Fees
For returns initiated within the 10-day period for any reason other than a serious product issue, a fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted.
Upon return, you will receive a FULL REFUND of the purchase price, minus the 20% fee, unless the return is due to a malfunction (in which case, the fee is waived).
The product must be returned as part of this process.
Live Product Photos Review
Before finalizing your purchase, you will receive live photos of the product.
If you are not satisfied with the product after reviewing these photos, you can request a FULL REFUND.
Please note, this FULL REFUND option does not apply if the product has already left the warehouse.
Defective or Malfunctioning Products
If the product is not functioning properly (excluding damage due to mishandling), you are eligible for a FULL REFUND or repair as per the warranty applied on the product.
The vendor is responsible for managing all returns related to products.
